While I’m finishing up a design for this blog and setting it up, I’ll be posting a number of photographs I’ve taken over the last couple of years, as they no longer live anywhere else. I always enjoy a dose of photography, but living in a city doesn’t lend well to my preference of landscapes and wildlife.

Switched templating over to HAML
After deciding to switch to SASS from LESS, I went whole-hog and started converting all my templates to HAML. It’s rather pleasing to work with, despite a few hiccups due to some slightly messy code. Luckily I’ve switched before moving on to the frontend development for this site. It hopefully won’t take too long to complete the backend transition.
